My name is Craig. I am a certified Personal Trainer with over 10 years of experience. I specialize in the populations that are considered high risk: high blood pressure, risk for heart attack or stroke, high cholesterol, and people with joint pains that prevent them from normal activities. I help by creating a cardiovascular workout based on the clients limitations and add corrective exercise strategies to alleviate joint pain.
